” That which we persist in doing becomes easier to do, not that the nature of the thing has changed but that our power to do has increased.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson

For example when you want to learn a instrument, you must practice to get better. And then after a while it doesn’t seem so hard to play it anymore because you have been practicing fora while and you can now do what you once couldn’t. It’s true about anything we want to do, such as learning a new sport, cooking something new, etc. It has to do a lot with learning how to do something and practice.
