Its true. You sleep early and wake up early well rested and ready to take on your day. I fall asleep at 9 pm and i wake up at 5:41 am due to my busy morning schedule and the distance my home is from school. I accomplish so much more when i sleep early because i feel ready for my day ahead of me. Being prepared is good because you will feel energized and alert. I like feeling good and ready. Its better for us and our learning brains. Sleep impoves our health and our health improving helps us all together.
